Driving Water Innovation Across Africa
The summit is organised by Teesside University (United Kingdom) as part of the internationally funded NanoSolarWater Project, a trilateral collaboration with African Universities. The project is supported by The Royal Society through the International Science Partnerships Fund (ISPF).
iWiSS 2027 marks the expansion of the NanoSolarWater programme into West Africa through the Royal Society's ISPF International Collaborations Enhancement Award. Hosted in Abuja, Nigeria, the summit reflects a shared commitment to improving access to clean water, promoting environmental sustainability, and building scientific capacity across Africa.
